  1. At this point I'm more or less convinced that this "soft boy" shit or whatever is something white Twitter made up because they're incapable of doing anything useful.

      If anything, the fact that non traditional expressions of masculinity always get some special name is part of the problem. If you ID as a man you are one. Doesn't matter if you're outgoing or shy, confident or insecure, assertive or accommodating. It's all masculinity
