    This is not me both-sidesing the issue. Both candidate want to increase police funding for things like "better training". Both candidates believe the solution to the problem is getting rid of "bad cops". Both candidates will send in the national guard to suppress direct action

      Trump is literally just more of an asshole about it. Somehow these are presented as two sides of an "aisle". But on this specific issue they are exactly the same.

        That's why the GOP keeps acting like Biden wants to defund the police. Because they need to argue against an opposing position. Biden hasn't provided one so they're making one up
