I've said this before but I guess it bears repeating: it takes a lot of money and infrastructure to develop vaccines and treatments for new diseases it does NOT take a lot of money or infrastructure to slow the spread of a disease.     Those two things are found in spades across the African continent. So sick of pundits looking at everyone but the people to explain why the US allows hundreds of thousands to die of this pandemic while African nations do not

      Early lockdowns, frequent public temperature checks, widespread mask usage, public school via radio... these are measures put into place across the continent from South Africa to Burkina Faso since March minimum.
