Actually 15 isn't when we learn it's aliens, we just learn there's a bigger threat. It's actually 17 (I think? maybe even later?) after a 7-year timeskip at any rate. And the story doesn't fully pivot into space battle until later.Permalink On twitter.com

I guess my point here is that Franxx is trying to do what took its parents 4 or 5 episodes in a paragraph of dialogue, and it's one of the most awful things I've ever experienced.
