    @IdkNtm1 No you get what I'm saying. I mean they should make sense the moment I watch them, not afterwards. Using Felt as an example again, if she gets taken away I should understand why that's important when I watch her get taken away, not two episodes later

      @IdkNtm1 Re:Zero actually does this well around S1E5-S1E7. We learn that there's a curse that weakens people, and that Rem is suspicious of Subaru, BEFORE it's revealed that Rem is the killer and the curse and the killer are not connected. It makes sense and you get invested

        @IdkNtm1 Imagine if like, we learned that Rem was the killer first. And then slowly revealed that she was suspicious of Subaru. It would make sense but Rem killing Subaru wouldn't have the stakes it does. That's what Re:Zero does to most of its other plot points
