      I say this not to defend the Taliban, of course. This is reactionary as fuck, a blow to women's rights, all of that. I say this because the media is trying to say "now that we've left Afghanistan women will NEVER HAVE AN EDUCATION AGAIN 🥺" and that's not how this works

        Both sides are currently arguing that we should still be blowing up Afghan civilians, as if that's "fighting for women's rights". Conservatives are blaming Biden for leaving, liberals are blaming Trump for signing an agreement that forced Biden to leave. No one gets it
