@paritybydesign You would think that a story about a fascist country oppressing a racial underclass would be up my alley, but the story ends up being kind of basic and white knights for my tastes

@paritybydesign There's also no Black or brown characters even though the setting is based on Western Europe. So it feels really sanctimonious to make a story about how racism is bad when the story can't even challenge the actual racial bias that exists in its own artistic context
