@TimbaKudakwashe not on-hand (a lot of what I used to get into anarchism a few years ago I now consider kind of bad places to start) but I can put a few things together 1/?

@TimbaKudakwashe first, if you want the texts that best summarize my current political ideology, I'd check out Anarchism and the Black Revolution by Lorenzo Ervin theanarchistlibrary.org/library/lorenzo-kom-boa-ervin-anarchism-and-the-black-revolution

@TimbaKudakwashe Anarchism is practical, so I'd also recomment Dean Spades Mutual Aid (not available for free but as an affordable book) 5/? versobooks.com/books/3713-mutual-aid

@TimbaKudakwashe The Anarchist Library is my go-to site for new anarchist theory, but I think it's a little dangerous for beginners. It doesn't differentiate between the different kinds of anarchism. My anarchism tends to be informed by Marxism and communism, which is why I say I'm an ancom 7/?

@TimbaKudakwashe But not every anarchist agrees. Many are quite hostile to Marx. Anyway it's best to start using it only after having some idea of what you believe yourself 8/? theanarchistlibrary.org/

@TimbaKudakwashe Finally, if you want what I've been reading recently: This book by CLR James that explores the Soviet Union as a state capitalist project 9/? libcom.org/files/State%20capitalism%20and%20world%20revolution%20-%20CLR%20James.pdf

@TimbaKudakwashe And a book called Revolution in Rojava, that I haven't ordered yet but will soon. It's supposed to go over interviews with people involved in the revolution in northern Syria and the political system they built 10/10 plutobooks.com/9781783719884/revolution-in-rojava/
