If I make, say, a webcomic or a piece of software, and I see it rehosted somewhere I didn't give permission to, I can send the hosting service a DMCA claim. And if they don't comply, I can sue

But now they're realizing that, under capitalism, "ownership" only makes sense with government guns to define it
