If I make, say, a webcomic or a piece of software, and I see it rehosted somewhere I didn't give permission to, I can send the hosting service a DMCA claim. And if they don't comply, I can sue

    @PaddlerPoet @Ashvio @TheRealBeto42 @sikemeay NFTs don't have government regulation not because they are digital, but because the people who made them made an ideological decision to operate outside regulation. But now they're realizing that, under capitalism, "ownership" only makes sense with government guns to define it
