It is very easy to say "just listen to marginalized creators for once!" when you are writing one character in one game. But if you are writing 50 characters in 50 games it suddenly becomes useful to just graph them on axes you've already identified you want to diversityPermalink On twitter.com

You can't use code and numbers to algorithmically create the "perfect" "diverse" character, but you can use code to learn that 90% of your cast is skinny white people and the three Black characters you wrote all have the same personality, which is how the tool's supposed to workPermalink On twitter.com
